Katch-it abides by The Consumer rights Act 2015, however under the following circumstances returns will not be accepted.
- The customer knew an item was faulty when they bought it
- The customer damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it

- The customer no longer wants an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it
- The item has been used, for example traps will not be accepted for full or partial refund if they have been used. This is due to cross contamination and associated risks with trapping wild animals.
- Returns and further postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer, unless the fault lies with the company such as the shipment of a wrong product, then full P&P costs will be reimbursed.
All refunds will be processed within 30 working days from confirmation of reciept.
